When I found my home, there was another family that was placing a bid on my dream home, and she ended up being the reason the seller choose me even though I was offering a lesser offer. The prices ranged from $185,000 to $650,000 and with each one she led us thru the various processes in such a professional yet patient manner that we are indebted to her for her talents. She knew what the values of each property should be and we feel that we got maximum price out of our sales and a good value for our purchase. Finding the right home for us to purchase was difficult because we had a very specific "wish list." She never was irritated over our decisions even though we had to go back to square one three times in the purchase process. She was so understanding in how she handled each transaction and is very knowledgeable on a wide range of real estate properties.
