When I found my home, there was another family that was placing a bid on my dream home, and she ended up being the reason the seller choose me even though I was offering a lesser offer. I heard a horror story from a friend who told me that the day they were given the keys to their new home. Apparently the home was trashed and wasn't left the way they agreed to leave it and all I could say is that they should have used Heather because this would have never happened with her.
